Quality Managers trained to manage risks within their respective companies.
Quality Managers from local companies participate in a two day training session organised by the GNBS and facilitated by Delphi Consultants Ltd. of Trinidad and Tobago. The training is being conducted to provide participants with a greater understanding of what is risk and what is RBT in the context of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard. At the end of the training, participants will also be able to understand and identify quality management system risks and the steps and methodology of the risk management process so that they can better manage risks within their respective companies. Ultimately, when risks are managed, companies can better satisfy their customers through the provision of products and services of a consistent quality.
