Subsequently, a gap analysis is conducted, followed by training on the specific standard for implementation. The next step involves the development of policies and procedures. Training on internal auditing is another component of the Consultancy services programme which enables company representatives to evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented Management System which contributes to continuous improvement.
